Where are the cacao nibs from?
Our cacao powder is made from Cacao beans, from a local Balinese farm cooperative, where 28 Balinese families are harvesting the cacao with the highest intentions and love.

How to use it?
You can use the cacao powder as normal cocoa powder but might want to add sweetener and spices to it.
As a cacao drink – just add mild or water, some sweetener and spices,
Use it in your baking and substitute it for cocoa
Make delicious cacao mousse by mixing it with coconut milk and maybe some sweetener and spices
Store in a cool and dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
