Cacamo cacao recipe

It’s warm outside and you don’t want to give up your piece of chocolate. No problem, this simple and refreshing ice chocolate won’t only cover your chocolate needs, but also your need for vitamins and minerals

fast iced chocolate

INGREDIENTS (2 servings)

  • 350 ml almond or coconut milk
  • 150 ml hot water
  • 2 tbsp cacao paste chopped to fine pieces
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 tsp – 1 tbsp maple or agave syrup (depends on your level of sweetness)
  • 6-10 ice blocks or 2 cups crushed ice
  • Pinch of Salt (Himalayan or Sea Salt)
  • Pinch of cinnamon (if you want to)

directions

  1. Pure cocoa, vanilla, salt, syrup, cacao, and hot water in a bowl and whisk together until combined. Then place in fridge for 15 minutes to cool down. 
  2. Place crushed ice or ice blocks in a glass and pour almond or coconut milk then slowly add the mixture from the fridge.
  3. Decorate with self-made chocolate syrup or whatever you like and serve. Stir before drink .
