Indian summer smoothie

Summer is as good as over and autumn is in the starting blocks and figs have main season. And what could be better than using this seasonal fruit in a delicious and healthy smoothie? You’re right – nothing, so here you get the recipe for our powerful Indian summer smoothie

INGREDIENTS (1 person)

  • 3 walnuts
  • 2 figs
  • 1 banana  
  • 20 g cacao paste, small grated
  • 1 tsp goji berries
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 150-250 ml almond milk or which milk you prefer


  1. Pour walnuts, cacao paste and goji berries into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the pulp of 1 banana, figs (there is no need to peel the figs, it’s enough, if you wash them and cut off the stem) and 150ml of your choice of milk
  3. Blend for 1 minute  and have a look or taste if your smoothie has your desired consistency. If not, add milk or blend again.
  4. Pour in your favorite cup and decorate with cinnamon

You can drink this smoothie in the morning or also in the midday while you enjoy the last sun rays – honestly, you can drink it anytime you need a time-out.
