Refreshing, fruity and healthy – our summer smoothie bowl is the perfect start into your day.
Slightly frozen and with the power of berries and cacao. That’s how summer mornings should taste like.

INGREDIENTS (1 person)

  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • 3/4 cup mixed berries (frozen)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (almond, cashew etc.)
  • 1 tbsp cacao paste (chopped in small pieces)
  • 3/4-1 cup chilled coconut milk

directions

  1. First, make sure your fruits are really frozen, so your bowl gets an ice-cream similar consistency – perfect for summer mornings.
  2. Pour bananas, mixed berries, nut butter, cacao and ¾ cup coconut milk into a blender and mix together on highest level until combined.
  3. Have a look at the consistency of your Smoothie Cream and add, if necessary, the remaining coconut milk.
  4. Fill your finished cream into a bowl and garnish with fresh raspberries, nuts, chia or sesame or whatever topping you prefer.
  5. Enjoy your morning and start powerful in your day.
